Shipping - USA
Orders for cards in the shop totaling under $25 USD will ship out within one business day of purchase. Cards will be shipped in a hard case sleeve (toploader) to prevent damage to the card in transit.
Orders in the shop over $25 USD will ship out 2-3 business days from time of purchase, with tracking via USPS. Cards will be shipped in a hard case sleeve (toploader) in a bubble mailer to prevent damage to the card(s) in transit.
Note: Minimum for free shipping changed from $20 USD to $25 USD to reflect increased cost of shipping, effective June 6, 2022.
Shipping - International
Orders for cards in the shop shipping outside the US will ship 1-2 business days from time of purchase. Tracking not available for international orders. Please understand that I have no control over the Post Office or shipping once the cards have left my hands! Generally, cards shipped internationally take 2-3 weeks to reach their destination. Cards will be shipped in a hard case sleeve (toploader) to prevent damage to the card in transit.
Pricing
Pricing is based on how long the card took to alter + cost of materials + my time availability. I DO NOT offer discounts on larger orders. That's like being asked to work overtime for less pay. :( For a more detailed breakdown, see Commissions Info.

Returns
No returns at this time.
Custom Orders
Most cards I've done have been on commission--see instagram or facebook, linked at the bottom of the page, for a look at past works. :)
Commissions are worked on a first arrived/paid for, first worked basis. Buyer is always expected to provide the card to be altered. Payment is expected up front, but doesn't have to be paid until the card(s) to be worked have reached me safely. Except during very heavy workload times, turnaround is generally about a week per card. I will keep you updated on the progress of your cards during the duration of the time they are in my care.
For buyers outside the US, you can send your own cards through international mail, but to expedite the process, I recommend ordering your cards from vendors in the US (such as through ebay, Amazon, TCGPlayer, etc) and having them shipped to me directly. Cards are recommended to be NM. I can't fix bends, creases, or dents.
While shipping with tracking is encouraged, I strongly discourage requiring signature confirmation. Requiring signature confirmation may significantly delay your cards from reaching me. I work an 8-5 M-F job, and am rarely available to sign for packages during the work week. If you *must* have signature confirmation, please discuss that with me before shipping so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Please keep in mind that the post office kind of sucks. I'm not responsible for lost or damaged mail. This is why I include free tracked shipping on all returns for commission orders in the US, and don't expect a cent from buyers until after your card has reached me safely and I can start the work. If you want additional shipping precautions for the return of your order, this can be accommodated at the buyer's expense. Talk with me in advance if this is the case. Alternatively, if you want to pay for your items to be shipped via a FedEX or UPS, we can arrange that.
