Commissions Full/Closed
Commissions are full (last opened July 12th, 2024). You can track my progress working through the current batch on the Waitlist page. Next round likely to be in January 2025. I accept Sponsor a Project work year round!
Please note:
• Buyer is always expected to provide the card(s) to be extended or altered.
• Payment is expected before I begin work on your cards, but not until after they have reached me safely. During times of a waitlist, payment is not expected until I'm able to start working on your cards.
• Pricing varies based on the level of effort to complete a commission, and my time availability. Message me for an exact quote.
• Please review my Shop Policies. Buyers are expected to be familiar with these policies when contacting me about a commission.
• I reserve the right to turn down any request. I might turn down requests similar to recently completed commissions, requests too similar to work done by other card altering artists, older collectible classic cards, or anything nsfw. I don't do full decks. I allow up to 3 cards per person per order. I won't do cards on the Retired Cards List.

Partial extensions (average $30+)

**any rarity, but commons/rares preferred. This technique can be combined with other types of alters (ex., gilded and recolored)

Imitation gold leaf extensions (average $75+)
**commons and rares. Can be the full card, or spot foiling mixed with other mediums. Pricing varies on complexity of design to be leafed. Design is normally tied together with acrylic details. Leaf color options are limited.

Etched Cards ($30, $35 if including the border)
**must be foil; gold, ultra or super recommended; can choose to include or omit an etched border.

Full art stripped extensions (average $100+ for just stripped/extended; stripped, extended and etched start at $150)

There is an upcharge for stripping European prints, OCG prints, or gold rares, as they take longer to strip. Specifying the specific printing of the card you're providing can save some back and forth on commission quote inquiries.

When commissioning a Yugioh card extension or alter, please specify any special instructions. Unless requested otherwise:
- I don’t sign the YGO cards I extend
- I leave the outside gray border on the card
- I’ll cover or remove the card code/set number/edition/copyright info.
- I'll keep the name and text boxes
Please let me know up front if you want any of these things handled differently on your cards.
For spells and traps, let me know your preference on whether to keep [Trap Card] or [Spell Card], remove it entirely, or if you want just the icon preserved (Field Spell, Counter Trap, Continuous, etc).Some cards are a greater challenge to strip or paint than others. Expect a higher quote for stripped Europrints and OCG cards, Gold rarities, older cards, and cards with high levels/ranks. Older cards require additional care to paint.

You can request to have your specific printing of a card “retired,” meaning I won’t do that specific card again. Reprints of new artworks for that card’s name, or alternate rarities, are not retired unless specifically discussed/agreed upon. See past retired cards on the Retired Cards List.
I wanna watch! Speed Paint: +$30; Short/Reel: +$30; Both +$50
If you would like a speed paint or short created and uploaded to Youtube showing the creation process of your card, you can add this on. If I am unable to complete a video or short due to filming or technical issues, this will be refunded. Videos and shorts will follow the format of others already on my youtube channel. Speed paints are generally 7-16 minutes long, and shorts are just shy of 1 minute. Speed paints will be uploaded to Youtube. Shorts/Reels will be shared on my Youtube and Instagram. I hold the right to create content from all cards I alter even if this option isn't selected.
Details creeping into the text or name boxes $5+
If you would like the artwork extension to go into the borders of the text or name boxes on your Yugioh card (ex., flames, vines, stars, etc, depending on what suits the artwork), let me know! Pricing will vary depending on the scale/detail of the ask.
Add a top-coat (glossy available for any alter type, matte available for painted cards with no ink) Glossy or Matte Top-Coat: +$5
My take on top-coats: they aren’t necessary, especially if you’re keeping your card sleeved or behind glass. However, if you want that extra level of protection or shine, it can be added for a small add-on cost. Please note the glossy top coat has a faint odor up close (I don’t notice it, but wanted to mention this in case you are sensitive to smells), however, this is the only self-leveling top-coat I’ve found that works on alters that use inks without reactivating the inks.

Unlike with my yugioh card extensions, for Pokemon, I cover all text and the border unless asked otherwise. I don't do extensions that go right up to the text; extensions keeping the text will be in blocks around the text (see Magic card examples linked above).
Paint-extended card, no text (average $85+**)
Stripped foil card extensions, no text (average $100+**)
**Price range varies based on level of detail in the card art and my time availability. Click the link above or see the Pokemon card gallery for examples of extension options. Older stripped foil extensions may run higher, as they take considerably more time to strip.
Please keep in mind that to strip a card, it must be printed with a center foil layer. Shatterfoil and starfoil cards do not work (the shatterfoil is a layer on top of the card).

NOTE: I will not accept commissions for alters done previously by other card artists, or alters of characters in "revealing" attire. I'm admittedly pickier about which altered art projects I'm willing to take on at any given time. Please be understanding in this. See the Sponsor a Project page for ideas I'm eager to paint!
